an incident of wrongdoing or conflict to discuss how they have been affected and decide
how to repair the harm.
Beth Rodman has promoted the concepts of restorative practices in schools and communities for over 15 years. She has been a lead
trainer in restorative conferences both in the United States and internationally with the International Institute for Restorative Practices

Jana McKinley is a Specialist in Juvenile Diversion & Restorative Justice for Community Youth Services. She regularly facilitates
conferences with youth in Thurston County.
